1. General Questions:

  1. 1.1. How do I update my email, my address, phone number or measurements?
    • You can easily update any of your personal information by logging into your account and going through our friendly interface.

    • We can email you a temporary password to your email account that you used for registration.

    • Log into your account, go to theContact/Payment section, click "edit".
    • Scroll down to theMy Credit Cards section and clickDelete credit card.

  5. 1.5. Does Modasuite charge sales tax on my purchases?
    • We are required by law to charge taxes on all items sold. Depending on your province (for Canadian customers) the appropriate taxes will be charged accordingly.
  6. 1.6. Will there be additional taxes, tariffs or customs fees on my order?
    • No. No additional taxes, tariffs or any fees will be added to your order upon reception.
  7. 1.7. How can I pay for my purchase?
    • We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal.
  8. 1.8. What is PayPal?
    • PayPal is a secure form of payment. It is used by millions of people everyday and is a strongly encrypted third party payment processing company. PayPal works with all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners cards) and also your PayPal money.
    • You do not need a PayPal account to use our credit card payment service.

  9. 1.9. Is it possible to buy multiple items with different measurements?
    • No. Each Modasuite account is associated to only one set of measurements.
  10. 1.10. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
    • Yes. Since your Modasuite clothes are made-to-measure for you and delivered directly to your door, you must create an account, enter your measurements and shipping information to make a purchase.
  11. 1.11. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
    • No. Each individual order must have a single shipping address. You can, however, save multiple addresses in your user profile and select a specific address depending on the desired shipping destination.
  12. 1.12. Do you have a look-book, product catalogue or brochure?
    • Modasuite's full catalogue is available online. However, if you would like a printed version of our brochure, one can be mailed to you. Email us atcustomerservice@modasuite.com and we will mail you one.
  13. 1.13. What do I do if I have fashion or product related questions?
    • Modasuite will be happy to help answer any questions that you still have. Email us atcustomerservice@modasuite.com. We reply to all email inquiries as soon as possible.

2. Gift Certificates, Gift Cards and Store Credits:

  1. 2.1. Does Modasuite offer gift certificates or gift cards?
    • Yes. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate or a gift card, please contact us atcustomerservice@modasuite.com and we will gladly assist you. We are currently working on our automated gift card system.
  2. 2.2. How can I redeem a store credit?
    • Once a store credit is given to you, it will automatically be applied to your next purchase.
  3. 2.3. How can I verify the balance of my store credits?
    • Once a store credit is given to you, you will be notified by email.
    • To view the amount in credit, log into your account and you will see the amount credited on the main page.

  4. 2.4. How do I use a gift card/promotional code that was given to me?
    • You will see a box where you will be able to enter the promotional code on the last step of the checkout.
    • Simply shop our website, select the products you would like to purchase, go through the checkout process and be sure to enter the promotional code in the associated area and click "Apply".
    • You will see the credit being applied to your purchase amount.
  5. 2.5. What can I do if I lost my gift card?
    • Unfortunately, as gift cards are equivalent to cash, we cannot claim responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards. The original gift card or promotional code is required to claim your gift.

3. Shipping & Ordering:

  1. 3.1. How do I order from Modasuite?
    • To benefit from Modasuite's unique offering, simply browse our website and add products to your shopping bag.
    • Before placing your order, you will need to customize your items when applicable and also complete a customer profile in order for us to get your measurement, shipping and billing information.

  2. 3.2. How long does it take to receive my order?
    • As each product is hand crafted to your individual style and fit, orders are generally delivered within 3-4 weeks of the day of order.
    • Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
    • In the unlikely event that items in your order are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail.
  3. 3.3. What are my shipping options?
    • In order to cater to the different needs of our customers, Modasuite offers two distinct shipping services:Standardfor$12.99(Usually ships in 3-4 weeks)andExpressfor$24.99(Usually ships within 2-3 weeks).
    • Please note that transit times are approximate and that we always aim to send your order as soon as possible.
  4. 3.4. Do you ship to addresses outside Canada?
    • At the moment, we can only accept shipments within Canada. We are working very hard towards expanding our reach to better serve our customers and international shipping will be offered soon.
    • If you are located outside Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us atcustomerservice@modasuite.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  5. 3.5. How can I track my order?
    • Once your order has been placed, you will receive periodic emails keeping you informed of the status of your order. You can also log into your account and look at the status of your order at any time.
    • Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email to inform you, which will include a UPS tracking number.
  6. 3.6. What is the status of my order? Will I be updated that you received my order?
    • Information regarding the status of your order can be found in theOrders section ofMy Account. Additionally, email notifications will be sent to the email you provided in your account to inform you of certain updates to your order status, such as when it has been received and shipped.
  7. 3.7. Can I cancel or make changes to an order that has been submitted?
    • We kindly ask you to contact us urgently if you would like to cancel or make changes to an order. Due to our processing times, it will be difficult to cancel or update an order. Call us at 1-514-439-1590 or email us atcustomerservice@modasuite.com.
  8. 3.8. An item I recently bought is now on sale. Will you match the sale price?
    • Yes. Please email us atcustomerservice@modasuite.com and we will be happy to assist you.
    • We will refund you the difference between the price you paid and the sale price if the sale occurs within 10 days of the day of your purchase.
  9. 3.9. What type of packaging will my order be in?
    • You will receive your Modasuite order in a high-quality wrapped box.
  10. 3.10. What do I do if I received the wrong order or am missing part of my order?
    • Although we carefully ensure all orders are accurate and do everything in our power to provide the best shopping experience, mistakes do happen and we apologize if that was the case. 4. Alterations, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:

  1. 4.1. Can I return or exchange items?
    • Returns, refunds and exchanges in credits will be granted for specific cases and under certain conditions within 30 days of when you received your purchase. We will refund only when merchandise items are returned in new condition, with original tags attached, and have not been washed worn or altered.
    • If you are unsatisfied with your order or Modasuite experience, please contact us directly atcustomerservice@modasuite.com and we will gladly ensure your full satisfaction. See below for explanations on how to return merchandise.
    • Before being dissatisfied with your product, have you considered alterations? If you believe your product requires alterations, please see below for alterations instructions.
  2. 4.2. How do I return or exchange my item(s)?
    • If you would like to return merchandise bought from Modasuite, please follow these simple instructions:
      • Begin by informing us of your intention to return or exchange your product atcustomerservice@modasuite.com. We will review your request and inform you if the request was granted.
      • Once we have reviewed your request, ship your item(s) back to us via mail, with a copy of the invoice.
      • You are responsible for return postage. We recommend the usage of standard delivery in order to minimize shipping costs and to use a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

      • Please allow 2-3 weeks for reception of your items, processing and issuing of refund, if applicable. Email us atcustomerservice@modasuite.com if you would like to know the status of your request.
  3. 4.3. Can I make alterations to my item(s)? Will Modasuite pay for it?
    • Yes. Your local tailor can make alterations to your suit, vest, pants or blazer. See below for details. To ensure the best fit for your suit, we will refund up to$ CAD 60.00 in alterations.
    • You must submit your alterations claim within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit alterations.
    • If you believe a shirt you ordered requires alterations, please contact us directly atcustomerservice@modasuite.com.
  4. 4.4. How do I make the alterations to my order?
    • The fit of your products and your personal satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. We therefore provide up to$ CAD 60.00 in alterations credit only for suits, vests, pants and blazers. These have sufficient extra fabric which allows for most alterations to be completed.
    • This$ CAD 60.00 credit can be claimed at our local show room (1751 Richardson Street, Suite 8.228, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H3K 1G6) or at your preferred local tailor. Follow these simple steps:
      • Pleasecontact us to obtain a copy of our measurements form or use the one that was included in your package.
      • Take both your measurements form and the item to be altered to one of our retail locations (SeeRetail Locations) or your preferred tailor. Have them advise and adjust your item to the ideal size. Ensure they complete your measurement form.
      • Go to "Modify Your Measurements" underMy Account and update your measurements. Our local staff at our retail locations will gladly help you with adjusting your measurements online.
      • Inform us of your alterations by emailing the receipt tocustomerservice@modasuite.com.
      • Modasuite will review and issue you a credit within 5 business days of submission.
      • You are entitled to apply for alterations credits within 30 days after receiving your order.
  5. 4.5. Can I return, refund, exchange or apply for alterations on an item that was paid with a gift certificate or gift card?
    • Yes, the same rules apply for both regular purchases and gift certificate/card purchases. See above for further information or contact us if you have any questions atcustomerservice@modasuite.com.
    • Please note that refunds issued on orders placed with gift certificates/cards will be refunded with the equivalent in gift certificates/cards.

5. Secure Online Shopping:

  1. 5.1. Is it safe to shop online at Modasuite.com?
    • Yes, very safe. Modasuite offers the most up to date security measures to ensure a completely secure shopping experience.
    • Our website is equipped with the latest encryption certificates, brought to you by EnTrust. We also use the most secure and well-known payment system in the world: PayPal.

  2. 5.2. How does credit card validation work?
    • All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
    • In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of fraud prevention and detection. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postal/zip code details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme.
    • If we must disclose your information for validation purposes, it will remain secure at all times. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.

    • Cookies are small data files that one of our servers sends to your computer via your Web browser when you connect with our Web site. Their primary function is to help us remember you by tracking your Modasuite browsing sessions, which enables us to collect non-personally identifiable information (such as your IP address, browser type, and domain name, etc.), and provide you with a more relevant shopping experience.
    • We use cookies to provide you with a personalized shopping experience. We do this by remembering your session and your shopping cart.
