  • Can I make alterations to my item(s)? Will Modasuite pay for it?

    • Yes. The fit of your products and your personal satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. Your local tailor can make alterations to your clothes. Click here for a list of preferred tailors. To ensure the best fit for your items, we will refund up to $60 in alterations.
    • Please bring the alterations form that was included in your package to the tailor so that he or she can mark the changes made to the clothes (in cm or inches). You can then email us the alterations form so that we update your profile or log-in your account and do it yourself.
    • You must submit your alterations claim within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Can I apply for alterations on an item that was paid with a gift card or gift certificate?

    • Yes, the same rules apply for both regular purchases and gift certificate/card purchases. See above for further information or contact us if you have any questions at customerservice@modasuite.com.
    • Please note that refunds issued on orders placed with gift certificates/cards will be refunded with the equivalent in gift certificates/cards.

  • Can I return or exchange items?

    • For made-to-measure pieces: since these are made specifically for you, we offer a $60 alterations credit that you can use at any local tailor. See the alterations section for how to proceed with alterations. If something really doesn't fit, we'll even remake it for you. If you do not want alterations and simply want to exchange or refund, email us at customerservice@modasuite.com. We'll take care of it as soon as possible and pay for the return shipping.
    • For ready-to-wear pieces: we also offer a $60 alterations credit that you can use at any local tailor. See the alterations section for how to proceed with alterations. If something really doesn't fit, we'll even remake it for you. If you do not want alterations and simply want to exchange or refund, email us at customerservice@modasuite.com. We'll take care of it as soon as possible and pay for the return shipping.
    • As we have a perfect fit guarantee, we ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied with their purchase. In rare cases where a garment is unalterable, we will remake the garment in its entirety.
    • If you are unsatisfied with your order or Modasuite experience, please contact us directly at customerservice@modasuite.com and we will gladly ensure your full satisfaction. See below for explanations on how to return merchandise.
    • For all items, you have 30 days after receiving your order for claiming an exchange, a return or an alterations credit.

One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postal/zip code details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme.
